Spencer speaks about his role as chair of the Commission on Ministry for the diocese and how laity play an important role in the church. He shares a unique story about how he chose St. Anne as his worship space before he actually had a home in the area. Spencer also shares how his faith has grown and been strengthened by hardship he has been through in his life.
